Repair Terms and Conditions
By requesting or authorizing any repair, diagnostic, or service from Cellnstyle, you agree to the terms and conditions listed below.
1. Agreement to Terms
These Repair Terms & Conditions govern all repair, diagnostic, maintenance, software, and related services provided by Cellnstyle Cellphone & Computer Repair ('Cellnstyle', 'we', 'us', or 'our'). By submitting your device for service, you ('Customer', 'you', or 'your') agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Services Provided
Cellnstyle provides repair and diagnostic services for electronic devices including, but not limited to:
- Smartphones, including iPhone and Android devices
- Tablets, including iPads and Android tablets
- Laptops and desktop computers, including Mac and Windows systems
- Gaming consoles, including PlayStation, Xbox, and Nintendo devices
- Accessories and other electronic devices
Services may include diagnostics, part replacement, board-level repair, software troubleshooting, operating system installation, device cleaning, upgrades, and general technical support.
3. Customer Authorization
By submitting your device to Cellnstyle, you confirm that you are the owner of the device or have permission from the owner to authorize inspection, diagnosis, and repair.
You authorize Cellnstyle to perform the requested services and any necessary testing related to the repair.
You understand that some repairs may require opening the device, replacing parts, making software changes, or performing procedures that may be permanent or irreversible.
4. Data Backup & Privacy
You are solely responsible for backing up all data before submitting your device for service.
Cellnstyle is not responsible for loss, corruption, deletion, or alteration of data, software, files, photos, contacts, business information, or any other content stored on your device.
Our technicians may access limited device functions only when necessary to test the repair.
5. Diagnostics & Estimates
A diagnostic fee may apply and may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Any estimate provided is based on the initial inspection and information available at that time.
If additional repairs or parts are required, Cellnstyle will contact you for approval before proceeding.
6. Parts & Repair Disclaimer
Cellnstyle may use new, OEM, aftermarket, refurbished, or premium-quality replacement parts depending on availability and customer selection.
Repair services may void manufacturer or third-party warranties.
Some devices may have hidden or pre-existing damage that can affect repair outcomes.
7. Turnaround Time
Estimated completion times are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to parts availability, repair complexity, supplier delays, or additional issues discovered during repair.
8. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.
A deposit or full payment may be required before ordering parts.
Devices will not be released until the balance is paid in full.
9. Warranty Policy
Cellnstyle offers a 90-day warranty on most repair services covering parts and labor.
Select premium screen repairs may include a lifetime warranty when specifically advertised.
Warranty does not cover:
- Physical damage, drops, cracks, dents, or pressure damage
- Liquid or moisture damage
- Unauthorized repair, tampering, or modification
- Misuse, abuse, or neglect
- Software issues, viruses, malware, or updates
- Normal wear and tear
- Issues unrelated to the original repair
10. Abandoned Devices
Devices not picked up within 30 days after notification may be considered abandoned.
Abandoned devices may be disposed of, recycled, or sold to recover costs where permitted by law.
11. Limitation of Liability
Cellnstyle is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business-related damages.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the repair service.
12. Device Condition & Repair Risk
Electronic repairs involve risk.
Devices with liquid damage, motherboard issues, severe impact damage, or previous repairs may stop functioning during or after service.
13. Refusal of Service
Cellnstyle reserves the right to refuse service for unsafe devices, suspected stolen devices, excessive damage, unavailable parts, or impractical repairs.
14. Returns & Refunds
Diagnostic fees, labor charges, completed repairs, and special-order parts are generally non-refundable.
Refunds, exchanges, or store credits may be offered at management discretion.
15. Replacement Devices
If a device is lost or damaged while in Cellnstyle's possession due to our fault, we may repair or replace it with a similar device of comparable condition.
16. Changes to Terms
Cellnstyle reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
17. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
